The Eastern Seaboard Style is defined by the easy grace of low-pitched
gable roofs intersecting with hipped lines and wide projecting
eaves which spill over the roof line with exposed rafter tails
and decorative beams. Broad windows and doors look onto stunning
views and spacious outdoor living spaces. Intonations of brick,
siding, stone, and stucco facades complete the impeccable look
of the Eastern Seaboard style.
The Tuscany style is defined by the informal arrangement of
building forms. Mostly hip barrel roof tiles are associated
with the Tuscan Architectural style. The use of tall narrow
windows with or without shutters is also encouraged. The rural
appearance through the use of fieldstone or other rustic materials
is also a prominent characteristic of this Tuscan style.
The Spanish style is designed with a stucco facade and has a
